PG Hardwood Flooring would like to invite you to go through the present online purchasing terms before proceeding with your order on the www.pgmodel.com. When you are ordering PG or Model products, you agree to the agreement’s conditions, which constitute a valid and binding agreement. If you do not accept these conditions, do not go through with your order.

Electronic Communications

When visiting the website or sending emails, you are communicating with us. Hence, you are hereby accepting that information and documents are electronically shared between you and PG hardwood Flooring by email or internet pages. We will communicate with you by email or by posts on the website. You are acknowledging that this agreement, as well as any other agreement, notice or communication in electronic form is the equivalent of an original contract on paper.

Your Account

If you are using the website and your utilization requires the creation of a personal account and a password, you are the unique responsible for the confidentiality of your personal information. You are taking responsibility to limit access to your computer and of any transactions done under this account and password.

Products Descriptions

Although we did everything in our power to display products as faithfully as possible, we cannot guarantee that the colour representation on your computer screen is exact. However, the product’s description might help you with your choice.

However, PG Hardwood Flooring reserve the right to: (1) correct errors, discrepancies or omissions at any moment and without notice or responsibility towards anyone; (2) change products or services sold on the website as well as prices, fees, descriptions and specifications of the products and services, promotions or any other content included on the website without notice or responsibility towards anyone; (3) reject, correct, void, or terminate any order, including accepted orders, for any reason; and (4) to limit quantities available to sell or not.

Cancelling or Modifying an Order

If you want to cancel or modify an order once the transaction is completed, you need to communicate with us as soon as possible, by email at [email protected], or by phone at 1-800-463-3436. We will try our best to meet your demand. However, we cannot modify or cancel an order once it is in the shipping process. Please consult our Exchange and Merchandise Return Policy for more information.

Please note that if you are cancelling an article that was on promotion, a special rebate or a delivery free of charge, you might not be able to benefit from it anymore.

Multiple Delivery Addresses

You can only put one delivery address per order. If you are ordering for people with different addresses, you will need to order separately.

Billing

A bill will be forwarded to the email address provided when ordering.

Prices

Unless otherwise noted, the product’s prices displayed on the website at the time of the order prevail.

Taxes

The applicable taxes on your order comply with applicable rates in accordance with federal and provincial tax laws depending on the delivery address linked to the order. If appropriate, taxes will also be applicable to shipping and handling fees.

If you are returning an item for a reimbursement, the taxes already paid also will be refunded. However, you will not be reimbursed for taxes paid on shipping and handling fees since those cannot be refunded once the item has been shipped.
