Deliveries
Freight charges are indicated on your order as well as applicable taxes.
We try to always choose the freight company offering the greatest value. All maintenance products and sample orders will leave within 24 to 48 hours. For custom samples (strips), which are not a part of the standard offer, delivery delays might take up to 2 weeks, depending on our stain calendar. In addition, we have no control on delays caused by freight companies. Please note that delivery times may vary when there are non-working days.
It is up to the freight company to decide if the package is left at your door or bring back to the distribution centre. It is your responsibility to pick up the package at the location specified by the delivery man.
